problems with the 3D card

If there is anyone who has any files that can get a 3D card which doesnt support GTL please let me know thank you the drivers and responding and the game doesnt load up so if anyone knows or has the driver please let me know asap thank you very much anyone with answers or help i will be very greatful

You mean a video card driver? Depends on what card you are using, i know Guru3D (www.guru3d.com) has plenty of it.
