Full Throttle is driving me crazy! I've downloaded ScummVM but I can't copy the files it needs to my hard drive (particularly FT.LA1, which comes up on my computer as a RealOne Liquid Audio file and tells me there is a "cyclic redundancy check") and ScummVM Q+E doestn't do anything anyway that I see (I don't know how to start it. It's in the same folder as ScummVM but I can't make it do anything and the instructions aren't really good) I also have VDMSound but the speed is way too fast, I can't hear a thing because they blurt it out way too fast for the animation. Can someone please help me. I'd love it if ScummVM Quick and Easy worked for me but any solutions would be appreciated. And to add on, Monster.Sou also tells me about a cyclic redundance check. Please reply here or IM me at fullthrottle100@hotmail.com, thanx.

The cyclic redundancy check thing means that your CD isn't being read properly - maybe it needs cleaning or maybe it's just got a big scratch in it? In any case, have a go at fixing it and try copying the files to your HD again - if you can get that done then making it work in ScummVM should be the easy bit. Good luck!

Well, that actually makes sense. It's about 7 years old and it's not too scratched to play, but it is a little worn. I don't know what I'm gonna do now but I really want to play this game. Anyway, thanks a lot I appreciate it.
