on the code of conduct the rule of the warez it includes NOCD cracks?

i have doed that question because i have losted my first cd of battlefront TODAY and my friend sayed me that in internet are some warez called: NOCD cracks to use the game wiouth the cd
is illegal request one?

This isn't an "OFFICIAL" LucasArts forum, however we do have a policy of not promoting "illegal" hacks or bootlegs of their products (which include no-cd patches, leaked betas and warez).
