i wanna know if i can lower some stuff in a console or in some files to have a better fps , thx by advance :P

I have the about the same spesifications. It helped (most in maps like Endor and Yavin) when I put the resolution of the game down to 800 X 600, but because you also have a 9200-series card, some textures might be missing in that case.
BTW, you posted in the wrong forum ;)
Try turning off motion blur etc. It helps performance and helps in not crashing the speeder ;)
Note that in online play the fps is decided by the server, which unfortunately is mostly 20fps.
