I've read many tuts, and I've made a mod, now I'd like to beta test it.

I know Microsoft's compiler isn't free, but I'm looking for anything free.

Note, I have Delphi 7 (so I can make dlls), but I have never made any, I have never find a tut, and Delphi language isn't same as Q3 coding language (it is C, isn't it?)...

GCC is for Linux. You want a windows compiler as far as I know.
