That's what they say about every Star Wars game that comes out. Feel free to ignore it.

Battlefront was in some serious trouble (though it had plenty of defenders online, believe me, who insisted it was the best game ever, regardless of the bugs), but it has gotten its first major patch, so if there was an ideal time to check it out, it's now. Note: I'm talking about the PC version.

Then again, if you're still unsure, wait until a PC demo comes out, which I would think would be soon, since the major patch was release.

Ive tried this several times....didnt work. I was frustrated
with several aspects of JKA and I let it make me want to
quit. But......

The Jedi spirits of Yoda and Obi Wan would visit me and remind me of my Jedi duties. The will of the Force was too strong for
me to ignore. I meditated until I once again felt at peace
with the Force.

I constructed a new lightsaber and as was my destiny I
struck down the evil acdcfanbill and restored order to the
universe.

You may try to leave now but soon you too will feel the
pull of the Force tugging at you.

Think again. I've come to the same conclusion. So I guess that makes my decision for me. :) The only thing might be they are waiting until the complete all the planned patches (assuming there are some) before releasing a demo. But I doubt that...

Ha! Fine, point conceded.

The PC Demo is still "coming soon" on LucasArts.com.

Of course a patch was released a very short time ago (the Jabba map).

Basically the game is better than its ever been, but not by a whole lot. The same things I had a problem with when I first played the game are pretty much still all there. It still needs some work I think, but oh well.

Depends on how patient you are I guess...
