Wheneve rI load up KOTOR, I get this error

" The instruciton '0x0000000' referenced memory could not be read. Press OK to close"

This is odd because KOTOR work son my other computer.

What kind of PC do you have? CPU, RAM, OS, Video card and video card drivers?

I updated my drivers and now KOTOR restarts my compjuter whenever I try to launch it or scan my hardware:confused:

I'm gonna do a reinstall and then patch it.

COMPUTER

Athlon XP 2100 at 1.8ghz
256 mb of ram
Window 2000 Professional
Plenty of Harddrive Space
Onboard graphics that play Unreal Tournament, Jedi Academy, Jedi Outcast, etc.

It mihg tbe my graphics card....

Supported video cards at the time of release:

ATI Radeon 8500/9000/9200

ATI Radeon 9500/9600/9700/9800

NVIDIA GeForce 2/3/4 family

NVIDIA GeForceFX family

BUt as you say, try to reinstall first and download the patches before trying to play.

Also update your video card drivers.

Did everything. Now it just restarts when I tru to do anything in KOTOR except update. Oh well. I'll just play it on the other computer.
