At Lucasarts they mentioned a chat coming up with Gaber. Can someone explain where that is and how to be involved in it??

It's were tons of people crowd into chat rooms at LucasArts.com, send in questions, and hope and pray that the questions actually pertaining to the game get answered. You have to sign up at LucaArts to participate.
