In "The Battle For Naboo" I was able to destroy the control ship before Aniken few in to the hanger, the level ended like normal, isnt that strange.

You're not supposed to do that! You've ruined everything!
Now try shooting Anakin down as he goes into the control ship (in theory, it should be possible).
Theory yes, in realty no. I tryed he took 5 or 6 hits and kept going, I think he cant be detroyed.

Well, suppose you can't distort the continuty that much...
Try taking out the turrets in the hangar, tgen get caught in the beam...what will shoot you down?
I would try this out but since I'm lending BfN to my friend I can't.
I tryed to take out the guns but thay don't want to blow up.

Hmm...more things to try...
Destroy the sheild generator without taking out the tractor beams?
Destroy the hangar bases?
I tryed and you can't destroy the shelds with out 1st taking out the tractors.
