I hope this is not in the wrong place.

In the maps where there are trees with leaves, the leaves look like they're pictures of leaves flying on black backgrounds attached to the tree branches...but all of the other graphics look amazing. I'm running a Radeon 9800 Pro with all of the settings on high. Any suggestions?

Update drivers? Lower some settings?

Try lowering the "Texture Detail" and "Shadow detail" settings and see if things improve.
