hey guys with the rerelease of the
star wars movies on DVD I noticed
tonight my local wal-mart had the
soundtracks of all three OT flims out
as well. I got the Empire Stikes Back
soundtrack to finsh of my collection
because it was the only one that I did
not have of the origianl trilogy. I have
it playing right now on the PC and it
sounds great with the DTS transfer of
the music great job by Sony.Let me
know if yall have seen the soundtracks
at your local music shop this week. So
now the only Star Wars SDTRK I will
half to get is Star Wars Episode III
Return Of the Sith when it comes out
in May ..................................

P.S
I love Star Wars music by
John Williams it puts me to
sleep for some reason..........

Yeah I've seen copies of the OT soundtracks but I'm not really into that sort of stuff, I just prefer watching the movies.

I don't own the soundtracks, except for the ROTJ soundtrack on Vinyl LP from the 1980's (loved that album, listened to it a million times when I was a kid, and it had the cool "hands holding saber" poster on the front, just like when I went to see the movie).

The only thing that I was sad about was how I lost the insert to it that had the lyrics to the Ewok song and the song Sy Snootles performs at Jabba's.

I have thought about buying them, but then I think about how monotonous they would seem since every single Star Wars game ever seems to use them. ; )

Still, I might pick them up one of these days if I see them cheap...
