First off, great game, love it so far. But my god, this has the worst server browser ive ever used. There needs to be a few more options and i dont like being forced to use gamespy. Here is what i belive is needed, feel free to post your comments and suggestions as well.
> Filters, Filters, Filters. Ones for maps, populated servers, Dedicated, Password only, Pure servers, Ping and did i mention maps?
>Favorites. I need a place to keep a small list of favorite servers.
>Direct IP. There needs to be away to add in an IP address to a server to make it easy to join clan servers or a server a buddy you know of is playn on with out having to wait forever for that list to show.
>a STOP function While gathering server info.
>Show Current Map. Next to the number of players, server name, dedicated and ping meter there needs to be a "Current Map" And a "Game Type" These are a must.
Basicly, the devs need to play some BF1952 some more. Study that browser then get to work ;). If ive left anything out or you want to make suggestions or comments plz do. And dont forget to /sign the petition if you agree.

Agreed. The absolute WORST server browswer I have ever used in my online gaming, and let me tell you... it is a rather extensive record...

The JA server browser worked pretty well in IMO. But I don't know if that was after a patch or not.
the ja browser sucks big balls when the game was released...
I agree this and the MP fps cap are crucial problems.
I think you pretty much called out all the real mportant one's that should be added.
I'd also like to see it list the server name and IP on the scoreboard.

Hey, if you dont act, nothing gets done in this world. These are things that they should have cought onto before it was released 3 days ago. The game is so much based off of BF1942 with game play and all you would have thought that they would taken note of there server browser. Im not tryn to bust the Devs balls, they did a bang up job IMO with the game mechanics and gameplay. Just needed to take time to make the server browser more friendly.
And I thought these were the offical boards, sence they are the LucasArtsForums.com board?
Nadun I agree with you totaly.on the server browser thing....MAybe also add a function to make certain player names come up in a diffrent color while in game...incase you are playing with friends...sort of like the buddy option in Battlefield Vietnam.......

http://forums.lucasarts.com) is the official, but as many may have noticed rather hard to find something there (at least i do).
www.swbattlefront.net) is part of the lucas fan network, which has a site for about each sw game(s), and the lucasfiles.com site is the official fansite download center. LFN is close to lucasarts (but only as a fan network), thats why they linked to us. If you post reports etc here, devs will pick em up. (thats why this forum was created)

We NEED a friends list! so we can see what servers friends are on etc, and if possible make your friends names ingame to a certain colour, e.g yellow, purple or something :D
