i re-installed my JA, and lost my mapping project...
so, got any ideas for recovering it?
can i convert bsp to map file?

Yes. do a forum search for it.. I know there is atleast 1 thread if not more on this subject.

If I where you, I would make the map new - if you will decompile, you'll see, why I say this ;)
There are too many things, which are wrong, no light, etc...

PLus all of the compile errors you're sure to get. Decompiles are only meant to be a base to rebuild something ou lost. (rebuild each brush piece by piece)

yea lol
gtk or any other mapeditor can decomplie without having some problems with the map,,,, lol,,,,
some textures r not fit or just not looks like they do in the orginal!
and as u said lights, misc, values and other maybe wrong,,,,,
so just try to remake it,,,,
i just use decomplie to look how to make some stuff and/or make som perfabs of it,,,,,
