Go to your User CP at the top of this page, then click the Edit Options tab, at the bottom click Change Avatar, then when you're forwarded to the Edit Avatar page at the bottom you can select or upload an avatar.

how do i put in one of my pics that i have saved to my desktop?

At the bottom of the Edit Avatar page, click the Browse button and select the file on your desktop.

It's not hard at all!

Can anyone tell me how to put a picture under the username? I know to go to "User CP" on the top of the page, then go to the bottom to the Avatar thingy. I cant find the Browse button to put in one of my pics. Can someone help me?

There is no browse button though. I've looked everywhere.
