Does anyone have a tutorial specifically for creating new armor?
Something along the lines of "creating armor mods for Dummies", or something else really straightforward and basic.

Are you looking to make new skins or new attributes? There are extensive tutorials for both in the "Do you want to Mod KotOR" sticky.

Indeed, check the sticky posts at the top of the page. They are the best starting point for any modder (especiall new modders)

don't be afraid to ask for help, but I definatly reccomend checking out the stickies - thats the best way to learn.

Thanks guys, I have the tutorials, they just seem a little intimidating. I hope to create new armor with new stats and attributes to go along with them. I may be requesting specific help soon.

Well we can either direct you to an existing tutorial or we can write one each time someone asks for help :D

I know that modding can be intimidating, but there's nothing that can be done to get around that, other than jump in and give it a shot. :)
