My first Mod....doesn't look all that good

Okay, so I've braved the world of .uti files and 2DA's and made my very first mod. It's nothing special, just a blaster. I followed Achillies' detailed tutorials, just substituted blaster for lightsaber. It works great: it's based off the base blaster pistol, but with more damage and a couple of bonus feats. It isn't much, but it's what I wanted.

But the damned thing is translucent. When my PC holds it next to his hip, you can see the stripe through the blaster, you can see the wall behind when he holds it ouf to fire.

I tried to get a screenshot of it, but it's too subtle to notice. Has anyone seen this before? And how do I fix it?

Thanks...

I had that happen with a saber hilt once when I tried getting creative with the skins. I was able to fix it, although to tell you honestly, it was so long ago that I don't remember how.

If I may, if your mod is going to consist of enhanced stats, I'd recommend that you use KT to make it. That way you don't have to monkey around with models and such. Just remember to give TemplateResRef and Tag unique names (even if you just change one number) else you'll replace every instance of that blaster with your mod.

I hope that helps
