yes it means that u have posted a post for no real reason, and that it is spam. its kinda a warning, if u get around 10 black spots or something u get automatically banned. I get it all the time.
But i did not mean to report something bad, i just really wanted to know and answer to my questions....

well i dont know what the rules say about this stuff exactly, but something with your posts is regarded as spam if u get that black spot. I get it all the time, because of my general bad behavior in my posts. I never post anything good or useful.
