Do you mean creating new sabers, or do you want to edit present ones?
T7 posted one in the "Do you want to mod sw-kotor" thread which is in one of the stickies at the top of the first page. also there was one posted by Achilles ( it's on page 3 close to the top). It is alot easier to try it as you read through it.
