Lightsabers are technically melee weapons.

Darth Mual does a spin kick on Obi twice. And Quigon gives Darth the backhand. Not to mention the jump kick and leg sweep that jango gets when he releives Obi of his lightsaber. Also Luke uses a side kick from what I recall. And then there's the cartoon.
