Hello! I was on vacation, delays are gone!
TO THE REAL THING!:!:!:!:!:
I use Adobe Photoshop 6.0 to retexture, and it doesn't have some features lots of people talk about. So could you guide me to a better program to work with.

Where? I am so helpess I don't know links!
go to google and type in "Photoshop 7.0 download" and you should find it.
I found only the Adobe Photoshop CS, here's the text

It says it's an upgrade, do I need the original 7.0 to use this?
I would say so, but you might not. you could try it out and see if it works
does this mean your going deeper into modding? i cant wait to see what you come up with!!!

6 is a very solid build of Photoshop, and saves tga.s perfectly. The tga export is buggy in 7 and often you have to save as a copy then rename, 7 crashes a lot 7 sucks for png files. Features like layer effects go back as far as 5 and although they all have some positives and negatives. Stick with 6. Cs won’t import paths from illustrator it coverts them to pixels (not good) even ps 4 will work for texture editing kotor. The important thing is to play with the tools learn what they do and how to use them. Do a search for Photoshop tutorials in google ,yahoo or any search engine you prefer. The help file is also a good place to learn about the tools and how they work.
If your referring to alpha channels they have been in every version of photoshop right back to 2.
