I read that I was supposed to put the files in my override directory and start a new game, so i did. But I don't have any extra feats or powers.
Anyone help?

I believe the All Feats and Powers Mod doesn't start you out with all Feats and Powers, but it makes it so you will have them all by level 20.

then this should allow you to have all Feats & Powers at the start or your first LvL up, i forgot which one, as i havent used this in ages!!!

Actually Matt, I just downloaded it from the link you posted and took a look at the two .2da files in the mod.

classpowergain.2da
featgain.2da

The classpowergain.2da in it appears stock, and the featgain.2da appears to give out by level 20, 31 feats for each of the 3 jedi classes, and 30 feats for the Soldier, Scout, and 29 for the Scoundrel. All of these are given as you gain the 20 levels.

i remember one that gave you 99 feats/powers a level no matter what. i dont remember where and am too tired to look it up so i will try and find it tomorrow. for now must sleeeeeeep....
