Hello,

I am running KotOR in the Polish version, however I kinda regretted getting that version, cause everything seems so silly/childish when it is not english :) so, do I need a new game to change language or can I do it with the copy I already have? if so, how? When I install I get no option which language I want?

any help is appreciated

i think you've to get an english version i'm afraid but i dont know if theres any type of program / mod to change the language of the game, but dont get your hopes up you'd have to change ALL the sounds that involve talking and change the subtitles (if you've chosen this option) Y'D you buy the Polish version if you wanted the game in english? I know there are issues with voiceovers and the way the game handles CExoStrings and CExoLocStrings, but you might have some good results if you simply move the Polish dialog.tlk and dialogf.tlk files into another folder and drop the English dialog.tlk file into your main SWKOTOR folder. Of course finding a copy of the English dialog.tlk file may be a chore...

That could be one of many reasons, i didn't mean it to seem offencive, i was just wondering. i've never posted something agressive to another Holowan user and never will. MattCole
