IS there a total conversion mod out there wich swops all Sith trooper to Stormtroopers and all Republic troopers to Rebel Troopers ? if not why not ?

No. When we learn how to change models (We still can't, but some people say that the model has been cracked), Maybe someone will make this. I know that Orsan made reskin of the republic soldiers to the soldiers in Ep. 4, 5 and 6.
