Well ok. The NPCS That Where/Are Missing Are Rosh (Cant Try Light Side Ending) Stormtroopers (Not Much Big Of a Deal) Tavion (Cant Complete Game Second Time) And A Few Others I Cant Remember. I Cant Explain The Other stuff I forgot The Other Stuff :(

You could have installed some kind of NPC mod that causes this.
