ok who knows how to make banners like this one. if oyu do what program do you use. also does anytone know how to make banners from the program IrfanView.

Irfan view is not an editing program, its a GREAT image viewing program (with some effects) but you cant paint with it

Try out trials from paintshop pro (from jasc software)
or adobe photoshop trials (adobe.com)

the first one is more limited than the other, but photoshop might be too hard to understand.. its not hard to make such banners though
