Hi, i'm looking for some info in regards to getting full access to all the textures within the JA game.

I'm new to QE etc, so i'm looking for as much help as i can get, i've found that some of the tutorials offered at the massassi website are very useful, but i'm struggling to understand whats going on with the textures.

I'm loading them from what i understand to be the map directorys loaded with QE, but i'm wanting to access the textures available
within the game - how can i do this?

Also, some of the pre installed textures within QE show as red and black tiles, what does this mean, and how can i correct this?

Any info would be much appreciated!

TIA

1. You can load all the textures from JA, just select which level you want to use the textures from, from the ... TEXTURE Menu :D
2. Get Radiant 1.4 *nodnod* and make sure it's installed correctly :)

Thanks for the reply post, but unfortunately the post didn't answer my question.

I'm in the process of getting, 1.4.0 (56k dialup still :( ) but, in the meantime, i'm still using the GtkRadiant 1.3.12 version, i'm only getting 119 textures from the bespin map level, and when i try and load the vehicle's from the texture list, i find that there is none - is it me or is the amount of textures very small Also, what does the red and black squares mean?

Sorry for the list of questions that i need answering, but how do i also find the models for the Sandcrawler, and Falcon?

As i've said earlier, i am a newbie at this - please have some patiene with me, i'm just wanting the 'experts' help in this area.:p

Thanks Again!

The sandcrawler isn't a model, the falcon is though. The sandcrawler is a whole bunch of brushes/triggers/funcs etc.

You can find the falcon by right clicking in the 2D view and then you do misc_model then find the falcon from there. I'm too lazy to go find out where it is so I hope you're not :D
