Update. Got the majority of my list back.

I forgot that ICQ does store your past list "online" so I just reinstalled ICQ, then imported the list into Trillian, then uninstalled ICQ.

I only had to add about a half dozen people, and now I think I've got everyone.

The only thing is my entire message history was lost, but thank goodness for small favors. ; )
