As far as I know the old Jedi Knight II file archive was taken down some time ago, and a lot of content was moved to
www.lucasfiles.com). If you get no joy there, try

Visac (head files guy at Lucasfiles.com) said he was working on the files archive for JK2.net (I assume meaning it would someday be able to be accessed again by the general public).
As to how that's going, I have no idea. But yeah, for now try the other sites for those unique files.
