Yeah Grim Fandango was a great game, the ending was very nice but saddening that Glottis wouldn't see Manny again.

I wonder if they have a Norse translated Grim Fandango, that would be cool.

Wow, that's pretty interesting. Have the characters been dubbed into German? In my country we never do that so everyone must know English if they want to play something else than children's games.

I would love to hear Domino in German! :p

I have to get this German version somewhere! I am studying German and it would be really helpful to play a German game. I would also love to hear my favourite characters speak the sexiest language in the world! :D

I'm back :) :) A man from Poland :)

Yeah, it taught me a lot. When I didn't know any words I was seeking them in a dictionary. And I'm translating (into Polish) a Charles Friederick novel.

PS. James Issaac , could you contact me and give me a link to your Grim Fandango website ?

I need to learn German. I may be moving to Austria next year. That and I heard Kafka is a lot more bearable in German. I know a little already, but I can understand it much better than I can speak it.

This is kinda OT, but James, is that train image in your avatar from a game? What game?

I'm not sure - i kind of guessed it was from Outlaws - here's the story...

I remembered the LucasArts 20th anniversary stuff and went back there and watched http://www.lucasarts.com/20th/logo320.htm), and thought it was a really good movie, so i just took some screenshots from the beginning of it, and put them into my avatar :D

You can see the train bit near the beginning, if you know what game it is from, please let me know :)

It is indeed the Outlaws (http://www.mixnmojo.com/php/site/gamedb.php?gameid=50) introduction cutscene.

JofaGuht - I'm learning German and I must say it's a very difficult language. It makes me a lot of troubles. English is easiest, I think.

Agreed. German is very difficult for me too and English the easiest. I am going to start studying Russian next year and I have no idea how I will manage with four foreign languages.

Ohh I didn't know there were so many German speakers here! I'm actually German myself and I might look at getting the German version of the game.

I decided to study German because I've had a fascination towards it since early childhood. I also think it's the sexiest language in the world and I need to marry a German man. :D
