I am looking for a cheat that turns on saber realistic combat.

Download the OJP basic mod; you can turn on dismemberment via the options menu.

This is the easiest and most reliable method for turning it on that I've found. For MP, I think you just set cg_dismember 3, or if you are starting a server, g_dismember 3.

If you're talking about single player, using the patch, this is something a lot of people have trouble with.

Maybe people are too lazy to read it and post for you. Take the initiative and read it yourself. If everyone was too lazy we'd just repost everything every time somebody asked. But then we'd be too lazy to post it! It's a vicious cycle. ; )
