Sort of a Madame Tussaud-type effect...

Hey I was wondering, how could I take the model of an NPC and put it into say a MD3 for use in Radiant? The goal I'm going for is since the NPC I'm using wouldnt be moving, just have be a model instead of the damn thing hogging up and lagging.
Any help would be great. Thanks!

You could just use the "cinematic" flag in the entity properties window. There shouldn't be much difference between using the normal ghould model and an exact md3 replica of it, especially as there would be no AI loaded for it.

Apart from that, i'm not sure how you'd go about it.
