The time is five years after the battle of Endor and the New Republic has conquered most of the Empire back.
The Empires armies have split up and are loyal only to some Admirals, commanders and warlords and the area of the Empire is only keeping the unknown areas to the New Republic.

Tepe sits down on a black, leathered chair in the command level. He pushes some buttons on the keyboard that comes from the sides of the chair and lock on the front. "Connection officer. Make contacts on every Dreadnaught of ours" Tepe commanded and there was a "Yes, sir" from the officers. Then there was a screen coming from the roof that was split up in three connections that had the commanders of the dreadnaughts. "Commander Yavez, have your fighters found any suitable ateroid for our new base?" Tepe asked and one of the screen got bigger and sunk the other screen under it. "No, sir. We have searched from all over this asteroid field surrounding the Exodus Zero system..." the commander started but then stopped to look at a screen. He continued. "...and all the planets are made from different gasses unknown to us" he said. Tepe looked to the screen and nodded like he would allready knew that they wouldn't find anything. "You, commander Shavez?" Tepe asked and one of the other screens sunk the now big screen. "No, we haven't sir. All planets in the Zero Prime system is too rocky or too clear to build any base's" the commander said and then the third screen sunk it after Tepe had nodded. "Have you find anyhing suitable in the Outback system, Commander Oaks?" Tepe asked and the commander nodded. "Yes, sir. We have found a suitable planet with an asteroid field close so we can have many outposts around the planet if we use our technology to move some of the asteroids. And we have allready built a small camp on the site where the base should be built. The planet is Zero Outback" Oaks said and Tepe nodded. "Good work, commanders. Shavez and Yavez, get to the Outback system and help Oaks move the asteroids as my fleet is on the way to the planet" Tepe commanded and everyone in the screens nodded and the screens faded. The big screen went back up to the roof and Tepe turned his chair to the navigation officer. "Navigation officer, set the course to Outback system" Tepe commanded and the fleet of 7 Star Destroyers changed course to the Outback system.

Biography: After the liberation of Coruscant by the rebel alliance (New Republic), Imperial Admiral Ranik Cass surrendered himself. Eventually he was tried for the slaughter of 2000 civilians on Chandrilla. The Admiral accepted sole responsibility for the crime, and was eventually acquitted, seeing as how the relatives of the victims had forgiven him. Ranik decided to put his skills to good use and eventually joined the republic navy, where his previous experience allowed him to attain the rank of Admiral quite quickly. Now he heads the 3rd Coruscant Defence Fleet of the New Republic, watching over the captial of the galaxy.

"Admiral, our spies report that the Remnant has chosen the Outback system as a new base of operations." the Intelligence officer said as he delivered the report.

"Hmm, interesting" Ranik said looking over the report.

"Report this to the senate immediately, and tell the communications officer to stand by immediatly to recieve new orders."

"Yes sir"

"You are dismissed"

The bothan intelligence officer left the ready room, and ranik continued to read over the report, while drinking coffee. He took his comlink and contacted the captain of the vessel.

"Captain, prepare a shuttle, and tell the intelligence officer that I will deliver this report personally, there is no telling of who might be intruding in our communications."

"Yes sir, right away"

The captain took the datapad, and headed to the hangar bay. He wasn't worried about communications interception, he just wanted to visit the planet he hadn't seen since the days of the empire. His shuttle left the Mon Cal cruiser.

"This is shuttle Lambda to Coruscant command, we are requesting clearance to land." the communication officer said.

"Shuttle Lambda, this is Coruscant command, state your cargo and destination." the voice over the comlink said.

"Admiral Ranik Cass, delivering an intelligence report. Our destination is the New Republic Senate"

"Shuttle Lambda you have clearance to land on landing pad 4c-793"

"Clearance recieved, we are making our final approach coruscant command"

The shuttle landed, and the Admiral left for the senate building, followed by two guards .....

"Plot a course for the Out back system"Kad says they enter hyper space and 1 hour later they arrive. Kad hops into his ship and heads for the asteroid where the base will be built.

((Luke, change the ship count. Remember that new republic/rebels destroyed most of the Empire's ships after the battle of Endor and a super star destroyer? Those were built five if I remebmer correctly and each and every one was destroyed in the battles between the battle of Endor and the vanish of the Empire to the outskirts of the galaxy ;) ))

Ok it is a special star destroyer like yours and it only has half of each number I gave how does that sound?

((Let's say that the maximum size of your ship count has to be 10 and more if you get a special permission from me, but you don't. And it is SHIP count, not army count. So put only your ship count in there. And use the edit button, please))

Tepe boarded a landing ship with lots of mechanics and troopers. He had his special suit on so he could breath the thin air. The landing ship soon landed on the new camp and soon to be a huge underground base. The mechanics built quickly the base that soon was ready from the first floor and the defense system was ready. Tepe was most of this time on the landing ship where he could breath without the suit's helmet. He watched as one star destroyer started to blast it's way into the asteroid field and some shuttles left men to make some outposts.

((And by the way, the base is going to be built on the planet called Zero Outback))

Kad lands on ZERO OUTBACK and waits for Tepe "What do we do now?" asked a soilder under Kads command "We wait for LORD Caresses" said Kad.

Tepe came out of the landing ship and walked throught the base door that was buing built. He found his way to the second level that was soon ready and walked to the temporary quarters of his. He signalled that he would have a "council meeting" where he would unreveal his plan

The meeting came and the admiral was there. "Lord Ceresses please tell us your plan I will be sure to bring it in motion!"
