Once again I have to help you out... :p
Anyway found this interesting news article today on PCZone (
http://www.computerandvideogames.com/r/?page=http://www.computerandvideogames.com/news/news_story.php(que)id=102423).
Well we already know about the two new trailers, but there are other strange things:
Taking inspiration from the likes of Battlefield 1942 and Halo, Star Wars Battlefront features 32-player simultaneous death, with the ability to jump in AT-ATs, X-Wings, Snowspeeders, the Republic Gunship and Jabba's arse. Probably.
We'd also wager that a cheat will become available to use the Millennium Falcon, as we're sensing a 'kitchen-sink' like philosophy to the development of this superb sounding game.
Locales will include the homes of key scenes from all Star Wars episodes one through six, adding fuel to speculation that we'll finally get to go Ewok-kicking in AT-ATs on Endor, with Vader as referee.
The developer has also hinted at secret surprise locales, which could possibly include the Saturday Night Live set where the Star Wars Christmas Special was filmed. [Possibly not - Ed.]
As for MOD fans, the developer has revealed that customization tools are being seriously considered, but no definite decision has been reached as of yet. Until we know more, enjoy these two delicious trailers.
Sounds interesting, but I find the whole MOD thing inconsistant. Patches of different information, but not a single offical confirmation.
