I was listning to LotR's "May it be" and Star Wars "Across the stars" (love theme) and I thought they sounded very nice.

yes, IG, you DO have issues.... :p
...but then again, don't we all..... :violin:
The main reason I said that is that I have just been watching some old episodes of 'jackass' and there is a bit where the midget is dressed as an oompa loompa and goes around skatin and freakin ppl out..... he's not to shabby on the skateboard either...
...anyways, since that, the song's just stuck in my head, that's all
MTFBWYA
I like ALL the music from LOTR, and the Imperial March from *gasp* Star Wars!

I was just getting to put that one.
allright I would have to say the entire music collection of dashboard confessionals. Ah man I love that stuff its great.
Also some music that is great to me is the music at the end of metal gear solid for ps1. Its kind of soft opera like that a lot.
Also LOTR music to me rocks the house.
Oh and an all time favorite would have to be "we want the funk" by can't remember the name of the group
Star Wars - DOTF
LOTR - any theme really
theme/score wise I tend to love the dramatic moving classical scores...
-Star Wars
-Aliens
-Terminator
-LOTR
also:
-Bladerunner
-anything by Sergio Leone (Fistful of dollars trilogy, once upon a time in the west, once upon a time in america, etc..)
-John Carpenter's simple but effective keyboard themes (Escape from new york, the thing, they live, etc...)
Song/Soundtrack wise:
Kill Bill, or any other tarantino Film
especially Battle without Honour
I liked Gollum's Song from TTT, but thought May it be and the anni lennox one from ROTK were cheesy rubbish that lest down the whole film score.
Near Dark
Lost Boys
Dazed & confused
Lost in translation
The Crow
Star Wars
LotR
Classical music (my favourites being Andante Con Moto Symphony No.45 In A Major Op.90 Italian, and Swan Lake's Suite Op.20 Scene)
wake up - the matrix
duel of the fates - star wars ep I
I can see clearly now the rain is gone & 99 Luftballoons - grosse point blank
Where Is My Mind? - fight club
indiana jones theme
Prokofiev's Alexander Nevsky ... more great music.
Mike
I have the soundtrack to The Rock. It the best.
Mine are:
-Rage against the machines: Wake up
-Imperial march
-Dune(How you havn't yet put the best of the best loud speaker destroyers when the bass is on full and volume is full)
-Terminator
-Goldfinger(James Bond)
-LOTR: Concerning hobbits/The bridge of Khazad-Dum
-Pahat pojat(Finnish movie. Nice theme for making funny's out of it :p )
goldfinger is good indeed..
-The untouchables - main theme (by ennio morricone)
-Star wars music by John Williams
Jackie Chan - Ash - Rumble in the bronx....
Seems weird that everyone loves Wake Up... that was always considered one of the least interesting songs on the album (definately not as good as Bombtrack, Killing in the name, Bullet in the head, Know your enemy)... including it at the end of the matrix seems to have given it a whole new lease of life. :D
