Its great to have Yuthura in my party but i can no longer access the Arena without the T3M3 droid.

Is it possible to change either the Arena mod so that you can access this from a different party member or possibly from Yuthura herself?

if you don't mind cheating, you can always use the command "warp arena" to go there.

If "warp arena" doesn't work or puts you in an empty Tarisian Cantina. Try "warp arena1" or download Arena 1.1 from Talchia's Website.
