Is the location of masks/helmets stored on the head model? Because the Uthar head isn't having a mask show up on it for me...

I've heard that the masks only work with the PC available heads (+ the recrutable NPC's) - so i imagine you're right
Had the same problem when I added mekel, gadon, lashowe, and belaya to the game as playable characters.
so, the equipable head items are probably only visible for the pcplayer, and party npc's
