Yes it is quite possible and easy to do. what you need to do is open up the appeances.2da and change the modeli and texi from (modeli)PMBI and (texi)PMBI to (modeli)N_DarthBand and (texi) N_DarthBand
save the 2da to override and your done.
Actually this has been done by many many people already but if you want I can upload the one i made. it works only for male PC's it just looks wrong to do it with the females.
It might also look odd on the black and asian PC's as bandon's model shows white hands, but that could probly be fixed with a recoloring.
