3D or not 3D?

There's all this ballyhoo about the screenshots indicating in some way that the environments are not 3D - I don't see it. The environments in the screenies could very easily be real-time 3D rendered. They're too blurry to be sure either way, but I don't see evidence to contradict Stemmle and CGW. If they say its all real-time 3D, then so it shall be.

It's just the lack of perspective change between the two shots of the office that make people wonder. (And people like myself like to over-speculate when things like "first in game Sam & Max screenshots" hits the Web)

The 3D look very good in this game (in my opinion :cool:), but i would like that the game would have options for low-potency pc's as Mike said.

I think 3D is good. I think LucasArts should take a step forward and try new things until they work, instead of just sticking with what they have. :D
