I'm trying to get Red Sox tickets right now. 4 phones running, 3 computers running. Hehe ^_^ Not very sucsesful yet though.

Anyways, any other people at LF trying to get tickets for any sport team this season, or already have? ;)

to me baseball is boring, I've been to 3 or 4 games in my life, 3 I can remember vividly:

Game 1: We went there, we were was so far up the stadium (astrodome) I couldn't really tell if they were playing or not, ended up the audience did the wave for I don't remember how long, it was really loud and annoying, on top of that we got a flat tire on the way home :whacked:

Game 2: this one was fairly recent, 2000 maybe, at Enron field, all the way down at front row, dug out seats. I felt good about it, it had it's homeruns and exiting moments but it was sooo boring, 9 innings of the same cycled... Baseball... Didn't do anything for me

Game 3: Mid-Late 3003, at Minute Maid stadium. (Poor Enron :p )
Went there just for somethin' to do. Once again dug-out seats at the front row, exept this time we were on the back side dugout, we couldn't really see anything so far away, and such a low angle, and none of the famous players ever ventured there (unlike last time, when we saw Jeff Bagwell up close :D )
We ended up just sitting there through the game talking about Star Wars and George Lucas :rolleyes:

All, other sports are too expensive, so no, i'm not planning on getting tickets this year, we might, though, you never know.
