I've finally wised up to the fact that I need to cover Chinchilla Charlie with the sheet and then get the agent on the bicycle to fiddle with the machine whilst he can't see. The problem is that the agent has disappeared - he cycled off screen and hasn't reappeared.

Anyone help?

If i remember correctly, you dont meet the agent again, he cycled off the screen because....well....his part is over :)

You need to look around and decide what you need to do next.

I'm figuring I need Charlie's clothes to get past the guard, and the only way to get them is to get him to change into the toga.

And to do that I need him to win on the slots - which I think requires the agent on the wheels.

I'm totally stuck - I can't get past the guard (because I don't have charlie's clothes), and I can't get out of the casino through the door next to the toilets.

Please help!!

a very late response, but maybe it will help someone:

This is a frustrating bug in the game. You'll have to go back to a saved game from before you initially enter the casino.

When it happened to me I could hear the cycle going continually after first tossing the sheet onto Charlie, but no agent anywhere.

(I just finished the game and it's now one of my all-time favorites. Put me in the camp that hopes a sequel gets made.)
