Never checked. If so, then pretty much the entire neighbourhood has a really good case against me. Thankfully, all evidence will melt, and I'll probably get off with a warning.

Boo! No Calgary school has had a snow day for years, no matter how cold or snowy it gets! When there's a couple of feet of snow, we just shovel off the sidewalks and run from one warm place to another until we get where we need to go. Thank god I have friendly neighbours or I'd freeze to death going to school. Grrr... You Americans and your snow days... *shakes a seasoned Canadian fist*
The stupid bit is that when I get out of school, I just go to an outdoor rink and play hockey anyway. Somehow, you don't seem to care about cold when you're bodychecking someone...

I live in Austin, Texas. People act like its the end of the world when there's a little ice on the streets, and wear layer upon layer of clothing when it's only 40 degrees out.
I live in NW Ohio, we get it all, long intense hot droughts, nights of freezing rain and below 0 temps. It's pretty wild.

Umm... when did Gerbil get brought into this conversation? I don't like to talk about it. Ever since he got banned and Setion disapeared again, it hasn't been the same around here, no dark sarcasm, no mal intent. It's sorta dulled down.

im 15 and ive been playing Sam and Max for most of my life, i can still remember the day me and my dad were in CompUSA just looking through games, when we saw a box that looked interesting, we bought it, got home, played it, and i still have fun beating it for the millionth time :) best adventure game ever made, WHY HAS LUCASARTS GONE EVIL!!!!! ALL THEIR OLD GAMES WERE CLASSICS!!!!!!!!! MOST OF THEIR NEW STUFF SUCKS!!!!!!!! THEY SHOULD HAVE STICKEN WITH GOOD OLD ADVENTURE GAMES! *and a little more of me dies on the inside*

Calm down, they still make many quality games, but I'm a Star Wars fan as well so, I guess if I wasn't I'd see it differently.
skinkie, i know that they make high quality games, and i like star wars too, but their latest stuff has been crap compared to the classics, i was expressing my hate for them leaving the adventure series (plus ive been experiencing A LOT of nostalgia lately)
