What do the red lines that sometimes appear when you save your bot waypoints represent?

It has something to do with the two points that the line leads to not being able to connect with each other. For example. If I was placing points in my map and I jumped across a pit while placing points then a red line would be drawn to all of those points that I jumped across. I don't know the exact meaning of it though. The example was just something I have observed in some of my past maps.

I think the RED LINE might be a NON- connection. Meaning that it couldn't connect to a point so it designated the last point on that route as forward/backwards ONLY. Not exactly sure.

I don't think so, you see the lines weither you get error messages or not.
