When you're plaing Rift Sanctuary, every Light on the wall has a flare. I dont think, that they have put them there manually. How is the command in Radiant called to get such flares? Plz, help!

On any point light entity add Key '_flare' with Value '1'. That will give you a default white flare.
To specify a different flare shader, use Key '_flareshader' with Value of the flare shader you want to use. For example: textures/flares/flare_pulse'. If you do this, dont use _flare 1.
