MAX_TW_VERTS (12) exceeded

I keep getting this error when compiling my maps I thought it might something to do with over lapping brush's ??
Can anyone help me ?

Dont overlap brushes ;)

Use detail brushes appropriately.

I have been very careful not to overlap brushs and I still get this error ?

Try brush cleanup... it could work. But im not sure.
