i would suggest checking, and i say checking because the last time i needed free imagins software i'm pretty sure they were still free or at least shareware, anything made by Ulead, it's fairly easy to use and has a fairly high amount of perks for what you pay.....which when last i downloaded was nothing.....otherwise, go to download.com .....browse to the appropriate section/category,(ie dektop publishing, or imaging software.....whatever you like) and there will be a list of the top downloaded programs from freeware to trial versions of commercial stuff.....hope this helps.....

and do note that most of these free trial versions are full featured, they just annoy the hell out of you with would you like to pay now pop ups from time to time.....wish i could be of more help with where to get a great FREE program.....but from my experience you get what you pay for.....
