how to change a zip file to a pk3 file

I have made custom skins and have done all the step to installing the skins, but I cant find out how to change the zip file to a pk3 file.

when you're making the zip, go to 'new' and type in 'skinname.pk3'

Or you can just change the name and put .pk3 instead of .zip.

Or download pakscape. It can open/create .zip and .pk3 files.:)

just make the zip call it whatever you please and after simply rename the extension from .zip to .pk3 it will ask if you are sure say ok and bob's your uncle :) eZ as 123
