Will Raven convert/tweak the old JK2 maps for JKA and add them to a patch or something? Or as an extra bonus mappack...

There have been fan-made conversions, such as the Bespin Streets conversion at pcgamemods.com. But that doesn't seem very legal since those who don't have Jedi Outcast would be getting something for free that Raven Software didn't intend to be giving away.
Actually, Raven is cool if you use their assets in other games made by them. Besides, no one would care.
That is just the thing...there is a whole bunch of those fanmade conversions...suppose there is a competition willing to use 'em, it would be hard to pick which one but with an official u'd have 'em official ;)
