OK, I'm not supposed to swim down the cave that was previiously blocked by the bars.

But where is the hole in the sand that I'm supposed to find and swim down? The walkthrough says from the barge face the "gate across the water". Is this the gate with the red door? I can't seem to find the hole in the sand anywhere.

Any help would be appreciated.
