When I zap the ice boss the third time I get sent back to windows and have to launch the game over again.Why? tell me how to beat this guy!!!!!!

I had a similar problem with the ice boss. According to tech support from lucas the only way you can overcome this problem is to beat the ice boss without letting it touch you, or you can download a save game from lucas.
