I go to controls/other and bind keys to the taunts (taunt/flourish/gloat/mediatate/bow) and the only one that will do anything is taunt, what am I doing wrong, or is this a known problem?
I saw someone bowing(I think) and sitting(which might be meditate)so I know it is possible, how are people doing it? Binding in the controls menu doesn't work, typing something like "bind x taunt flourish" doesnt work, neither does /bind x /taunt flourish
just try "bind x meditate", without the quotes.

Ahh, yeah. I never thought about them only working in duels. Makes sense...I think. Heh.
Is there a way to free yourself to move? In JO you could do the taunt and still move. Now i know some of them like bow and meditate but, it is just an invite to let someone kill you right now.
I think you can jump and that cancels the taunt. I think...
The emotes stop you from moving, just start attacking and jumping around and you'll come out of it fast.
i should have realized. I never tried attacking (at least i dont think i did), but i did figure out jump got me out of Meditate. Should have known it would do the same for the others.
